On 10/28/09, we learned how to join the inductees and mentors wiki as well as post questions to it. We discussed our future meetings and requirements for induction. We talked with some of our colleagues about their classrooms and expectations for the remainder of this school year.

On 1/6/10, we discussed some of the guidelines and requirements of developing an effective portfolio for induction. We further talked about the actual presentations and what is expected of each inductee. We talked about our classrooms and how to set them up in order to provide an inviting opportunity for the students to learn.
